"We liked everything about it but unfortunately we only stayed one night. Had I known ahead of my vacation planning how nice the hotel was I would have stayed there for more nights! Nicest place we stayed in while visiting Glacier National Park!"

"Convenient location and professional staff. Our side of the lodge smelled musty and our room was musty and had a bad odor. Ac unit was extremely loud and cut off/on all night. They plan renovations and once completed this should be much improved but until then, I will not be back."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and felt welcome as soon as I checked in. Scott at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was great and had a huge deck. The attendant in the pool (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) was very polite and helpful, as was all of the servers around the pool. The pool can be a little loud with all of the families using it but wasn't too bad. The free s'mores every night was a nice little treat as well."

"There was cobwebs on the ceiling and in every corner. The size of the dust bunnies behind the side tables were evidence of not being vacuumed for 20 years. The bedding was stained every color. There were black bugs in the bathroom that were coming out of the rotten wood door. Absolutely no reason for the state of cleaning for the price per night. Also the continental breakfast was lacking as there was no milk for the dry cereal or juice and there was 1 muffin left for a family of three. I needs...

"Highly recommend Glacier Guides Lodge for your stay in West Glacier. We’ve visited 21 national parks so far and have stayed at a variety of accommodations near the parks and I will say this is definitely going to be a favorite. It’s close enough to the park that you can easily get to the entrance, but also far enough away that it still felt peaceful and super quiet. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. There is a complimentary continental breakfast and we loved the sitting area...

"We checked into Apres early. We were told the room would not be ready before 3pm, which is fine. When we returned to the property after 3pm it still was not ready. We had to wait another 45 minutes. When they finally gave us the key the cleaning lady was still in the room. The room was in the basement with a high window. The wifi could not reach the room and there was no cell signal either. We asked the staff for another room, but was told that this was the only room they had (even though the...
