"An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made our stay feel special. The location was perfect, and the overall service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. "I had a great experience during my stay at the property. The housekeeping ensured my room was always clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were friendly as well, and ensured my food was good. Overall, I am pleased and satisfied with the service. Additionally, I appreciate the birthday gesture offered to me by the hotel staff members."

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
