"A location right outside the Old Town, but all is close and walkable distance like ferry ports, Old Town and many other tourist attractions. The hotel self is well managed in great shape. Check in and out is very straightforward. Highly recommended."

"Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der sehr positiven Bewertungen ausgewählt. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen, trotz Buchung der Luxury-Suite, nicht erfüllt. Insbesondere die Badhygiene (Schimmel an der Badewanne), aber auch die völlig durchgelegene Matratze entsprachen nicht den positiven Bewertungen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr unbefriedigend. "The lady at the front desk refused to speak russian but she insisted that we speak English.Unfortunately her English wasn't very well.. On the other hand younger gentleman who was checking me in was very kind spoke Russian,English and other languages.He made us feel like home I would highly recommend for one of the ladies to work on her language skills and also on her hospitality skills. cheers"
