"The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean place."

"Staff was very helpful"

"The staff at front desk were helpful we did not lodge a complaint we arrive late and left early and they would not have been able to fix the issues with maintenance. It is very warm and we had to sleep with windows open. That helped us overcome the smell of dirty carpets. The bathroom was very small and shower nozzle just hung there so I chose to wait rather than freshen up. Good thing as when I went to wash with a cloth the water was not warm. The bed was clean. The breakfast very basic. We...

"Parfait"

"A disappointing experience for our 30th anniversary My husband and I booked our Paris stay two months in advance to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. After more than seven hours of travel, we arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Massy and were told that the hotel was closed and we would be relocated to a nearby apartment. We requested comparable hotel accommodation and explained that we were flexible about the location. The staff eventually arranged another hotel and agreed to reimburse the taxi...

"Nice hotel close to Paris outer ring road, easy to find and great for overnight stop. Breakfast very good , evening menu limited but food also very good."
