"The staff were excellent, we arrived early and our room was ready for us to go to right away . Our room was basic with not enough storage space to be honest . The evening meal was a nice bonus but limited, the breakfast also . The food was lovely though . Lund Place is a little out of the way but there are frequent and reliable buses ( no.3) that drop you off at the bottom of the street . The bus fare is so cheap compared to the UK . We would definitely stay here again though. The staff speak...

"Helt ok, Rummet var precis utanför lobbyn men jag stördes ingenting av ljud. Sängen var bra. Det enda klagomålet är att dom fortfarande kör nyckel och en gigantisk mässingskula tillhörande men det är väl det gamla stuket dom vill köra. Man fick vara uppmärksam på att låsa dörren efter sig då dörren inte låser sig själv som andra hotell."

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Suitably warm for winter (cold outside). Excellent breakfast. However fridge in room did not work. I know room ridges are not all that common in Europe, but almost standard in similar hotels in Europe and always in Japan. Entrance to hotel is very difficult with luggage, but I realize because of location in "old town" difficult to do anything about. "
