"There are no staff on site so I couldn’t answer the question if to e staff were helpful or not. Check in was a smooth electronic process however. No amenities were provided either so I couldn’t answer that question. They have a Greek restaurant below and the food there was phenomenal"

"Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Gym, pool and sauna were excellent. Rooms were okay but no air conditioning which made them impossible to sleep in at night. Really convenient for travelling to Europa Park, only a short 10 minutes drive."

"Es wurde eine Fotokopie vom Personalausweiß gemacht, auf die Bitte dies nicht zu tun wurde erwidert mir der Ordner mit allen Kopien gezeigt. Zimmer über Feuerwehrtreppe vom Parkplatz aus begehbar, da fühlt man sich nicht sehr sicher. Auf Beschwerde hin, war erst nichts verfügbar, dann jedoch schon. Man schaut von allen Zimmern aus auf den Parkplatz. Zimmer sehr laut. Indoortennisplatz von der Rezeption aus begehbar. Wollten keine zweite Nacht bleiben. Hotel hat nicht auf Nachfrage von Expedia...
