No butter or cream cheese for the breakfast breads. Pancake maker did not work. The equipment in the exercise room is meager. The box of tissues in the bathroom was almost empty. Just a lot of little things that did not make the place bad, but did make it less than five-star."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. The room was extremely stuffy and humid, and there were multiple critters inside, one of which I was able to identify as a wood louse. The sheets were stained and had more hairs than I could count. I left the same night, and the owner did not issue me a refund despite advising me he would. Don’t waste your money here. "
