"Location was in the process of remodel thus construction activity inside and out. Disappointed that there were items not available for dinner and breakfast that were listed on their menus"

"So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time . "

"The bar was a nice feature. The breakfast was the best of any place we have stayed. The room was clean and the staff were very nice."

"Leticia the Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. She was very friendly and offered to bring me breakfast to my room because I am handicapped. I really enjoyed the clean room."

"Hotel was as described. Convenient location but the area itself just wasn't our scene. It was walkable but some of the area seemed a tad unsafe with the bus stop across the street and many homeless wandering about. The room was comfy otherwise and plenty of space. Hotel check in lady was very nice. We did not pay for valet. Found a street spot after 8 pm for free which was nice."

"Parking was fine. Laundry you have to use an app with a $10 minimum, which we didnt need that much. "

"Great breakfast! Bathroom had some issues. Toilet lever was not working correctly and a cleaning glove was left on the floor. I thought it was odd the towel rack was located in the shower."

"Why stay anywhere but a Drury? They have it all and are clean and safe"
