"Muy bueno el hotel, todo excelente"

"Service and staff attention can be improved. Maybe more personnel is required. The hotel is new, facilities are clean. Perfect stay for kids."

"Food is very bad"

"A wonderful experience but on last night, we had the Italian dinner we had reservations for 815. They didn’t see us until 8:50. A lot of people was waiting and then the chicken Parmesan was cooked too hot. I did not like the food at all."

"El olor de las toallas no era agradable. Hubo mucho problema con electricidad en los cuartos y elevador. Mal olor en las alcantarillas de la barra de la piscina."

"I'm just going to get to the point. The food is really horrible here... The buffet food has so much waste. They are providing too many options, instead of focusing on quality. My room was clean, the bathroom could use some extra cleaning though.. They have drainage issues (sinks and shower drains). The property has a lot of potential, but there seems so be no one worried about quality assurance. The workers are not very friendly...Everyday I ate pizza and fries, because that was the best thing...

"The best place in DR for kids!"

"Me gustaría que hubiera mas horas de música en vivo y el Kareoke durara mas horas"

"I think they need to take a look at the food it was awful,"

"The lobby bar was great Jordy and Isseal were great they made me their specialties. Make sure to ask Isseal for the pappasito drink. My swim out room was great."
