"Noisy, not that clean and my room was missing a curtain that the staff said they couldn’t do anything about."

"Great location, room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in around 1am when we arrived no problem. They also kept our bags for us on our last day for us to collect before our flight. Only minor issues was that the shower rail fitting was a little loose."

"CityHub was an affordable option for our 5-night stay in Copenhagen. The capsule held a queen-sized bed and was large enough to keep our luggage with us. We had access to two onsite saunas and could rent 3-speed bicycles at cost of 150 DKK for 24 hours or 100 DKK for 4 hours. Staff was on-site 24/7 to address questions."

"Central location. Clean room, access to kitchenette and laundry"

"Rooms and parking spaces are tiny! Shower literally encompasses the entire bathroom… felt like I was in a camper. But it’s clean and breakfast was ok"

"A lovely hotel with views on the water side. We were lucky to have an early check in after travelling overnight and this was really appreciated. The food at breakfast was varied and plenty of choice and seating. Located about 20 minutes from the centre but only a 7 minute walk to a station and bus station."

"This property is brilliantly located, it is gorgeous inside with very high-end room finishings. The staff were fantastic. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had."

"The location couldn’t be more convenient: the hotel is directly across from Østerport metro and train station, with straightforward connections to the airport. A grocery store is just across the street, along with a 7-Eleven, JOE & THE JUICE, and an Espresso Café—handy for picking up coffee or a sandwich. Restaurants and other cafés are a little farther away, but Strøget, Copenhagen’s main shopping street, is about 1.8 km from the hotel. Other attractions, including the Little Mermaid, Rosenborg...

"Great location, good breakfast, helpful staff"

"Personnel accueillant, rabais pour tivoli, bien situé. Salle de bain passable. Restaurant très bien."
