"Pros: Entertainment 10 out of 10. Excellent nightly entertainment. Friendly entertainment staff. Beach 10 out of 10. Great. Clean beach with snorkeling right of the beach. No boat traffic, very tranquil. Drinks were excellent. Bar staff were amazing. Will make you anything you want. Cons: House keeping was not very good. We had to hunt them down to clean our room. After placing multiple calls to front desk noone showed up for 3 days. Food was just OK. Not a lot of selection in the evenings....

"First of all shout out to all the amazing staff from June 17-22 the day staff front desk and the night time staff as well especially at the 5 O’clock bar by the pool . They all make our first Family Caribbean experience and for celebrating my son’s 27th Birthday. How we wish we can stay more and definitely we’ll come back again. Thank you too Julia who helped us get my son’s passport back again ASAP that he dropped it accidentally at our taxi ride upon arrival to the hotel …"

"The Kontiki beach resort was so amazing! All the shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away from your room. The food was 10/10. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I stayed on the luxury side and the rooms were so clean! Every day they gave you complementary waters in your room. I would just recommend renting a car to get around to the town and other areas of the island. Taxi and drivers can get very expensive! But whenever I did need a driver the front desk helped call me one. Beautiful...

"I loved everything about the hotel!! They were so accommodating and the location was in a very convenient location for solo travelers. Close to everything, so there was no problem getting to anything in downtown curaçao. It has all the accommodations even though it wasn’t all inclusive. From the staff to the beauty of the property and convenience. It was top notch for me and I’m an avid traveler."

"I stayed at the Hilton Corendon Curaçao for one week, and unfortunately, the hotel was the biggest disappointment of an otherwise amazing trip. Curaçao itself is a beautiful island with wonderful beaches and friendly people, but this hotel did not live up to the Hilton brand or the price charged. The property appears to be poorly maintained and in obvious decline. Common areas and hallways were often dirty, and dirty plates, glasses, and food trays were left outside guest rooms for days without...

"Room was decent & clean but property overall was very underwhelming overall, access to the sister properties makes up for it a little bit & some of the staff aren’t so accommodating. Food options were not good"

"The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic. Shore dives from the house reef were amazing, but highly recommend getting a rental car to explore the island. Dive certification at adjacent Oceans Encounters were also convenient and well run."

"So when we arrived our room wasn’t ready. Then we had to wait a hour and a half for another room. Then our new room had no air conditioning. We had to use a fan for 5 days. And another thing we was given a room with two queen size beds instead of a king size! The food at the buffet was horrible. However Blue Water grill was very good and the staff was pleasant. The ocean had lots of rocks so make sure you get water shoes. The staff at the bars was nice but some was not to friendly. Thanks"

"Service is second to none! I've never had a more pleasant stay at any hotel than I did at the Avila Beach Hotel. The two private beaches (lagoons, technically) were perfect for the size and location of the property, and seemed ideal to accommodate the number of guests on-site. The rocks formed a natural barrier against choppier ocean waves and the inlets were just enough to keep the waters calm yet active enough to avoid stagnation. Tiny fish, a crab or two and a couple iguanas can be seen...

"The room had no robe, no refrigerator, no bottled water, no kettle, no bathtub. but it did have a chiller and coffee maker (which stopped working). The sheets were not changed daily. but towels were."
