"We were super disappointed with this resort. Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out. It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day."

"Gallows Point was in a great location to Cruz Bay. There was transportation from the resort to and from the ferry and the concierge - Ojhany - was the best. He was incredibly helpful and so kind! The rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen (no oven). We had everything we needed! The only thing to know is that there isnt beach access form the resort. I highly recommend renting a car from the resort and traveling to beaches all over the island."

"We arrived and Angie took us on a tour of the property as if we were staying in her home. Everything you want is readily available. Snorkels, towels, beach chairs, coolers. She even has hats and books in her office. The beauty of St. John is that it is unplugged. It’s like going back in time… and the St. John Inn matches the feel of the town. Thank you Angie!"

"This is very nice, recently renovated 8 unit property. They are located on the top floor so 2 1/2 flights of stairs are required to get there. (Plus a walk up a hill from the ferry) It was a very nice surprise on how pretty the unit was and all the amenities available.
