"I was terribly ill beginning only the 2nd night of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure I had anything I needed, including a personal ride to the medical center on the island. While I wasn't able to leave my room to explore on St. John, their hospitality and caring made my stay as pleasant as it could be. For that, I am so grateful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I hope to visit again one day."

There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. "My wife and I stayed at 'Villa Poinciana' at The Hills for five nights for our 10th anniversary. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. Though not far from town, I would not advise walking into Cruz Bay from this location, as the roads are quite steep with little room on either side of the road for foot traffic in...

"Perfect place to stay! You can easily catch a cab to get home, but steep walk to town is fine. Amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They let us drop our bags before check in! Clean space, and AC works great. Lovely outside deck with a table to enjoy the outdoors- even saw hummingbirds! The water pressure is great, but only hot for a few minutes, but expected on an island. Would stay again!"
