"Great location to stroll around the area"

"Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again."

"Very dirty and dated room. Carpets filthy and stained, poor decoration, damaged fittings and fixtures everywhere. Staff and restaurant excellent. Dont get a room near the gym as you can hear the weights slamming the floor from 6am. Breakfast was great."

"Lovely staff, good food, large comfortable room. In the middle of the little town, a short walk from the castle grounds, which are worth a stroll round, and the shops."

"10-10 would recommend"

"We had a wonderful time in our castle - it was beautiful - superbly appointed and set up perfectly for our group. Loved it and can highly recommend it."
