"I was very disapoibted with the Hotel! The Reception staff was very limited and really not helpful! booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and we were given rooms in really far apart from eachother and our party had kids who could not be apart. we asked for adjacent rooms and we were rudely told it was not in the instructions at time of reservation thefore it was done that way. Then we were told hotel was full and could not accomodate. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet asper reviews...

"Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....

"Travelers, If you’re looking for a nice spot and feel safe this is it. I like the security system they have and the rooms very clean. Remember to use their service to the airport. Staff on site waiting to greet you rate 10. Will be coming back to this spot. Travel safe. Thank you."

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."

"The hotel is in major need of a facelift! Everything was just run down. The staff was nice. Breakfast was not tasty or much to choose from. The a/c did work fine. It was definitely not worth almost $120 a night....maybe $50 and I'd say you get what you pay for. :)"

"The room was dated, mold all over the bathroom. For the price we cannot complain. The bed was comfy but had no blanket, we where provided a twin blanket for a king bed. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. "
