"It was a nice family holiday for us at Treganna. Breakfast buffet was ok, the green spaces inside the estate excellent. Our apartment was clean, unfortunately no one showed up from house keeping in the first 4 days. I was expecting more frequent cleaning when I am staying 7 nights in a hotel. Location wise it has easy access inside the estate to walk down the beach. There are many excellent restaurants around at St ives. It was a peaceful nice and clean hotel. Thank you"

"The room was a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishing, unlike in the photos. The room had basic amenities and felt overpriced. We only found out there’s an additional charge for using the spa when we arrived, which if I had known at the time ok booking, might have chosen a different place. "A well presented resort and a well equipped self catering apartment. Located centrally in Cornwall for most days out. The Lookout bar is vibrant and busy most evenings. "Camelot castle is a perfect location for Tintagel . A short walk into the village which although busy is lovely. The views from the hotel are breathtaking with a costal path direct to the small beach( check tidal times before you go) There is a lovely bar where we purchased drinks and sat outside and watches the sunset. The hotel decor is amazing and have a comfortable lounge to sit on. Our room was plenty big enough with sea view, bathroom had a bath and separate shower too and was spotless....

"Lovely hotel my only criticism is the floors are very creaky in the bedrooms so you can hear anyone walking around day or night about you , we didn’t sleep well as the people above insisted on walk around constantly until 3 am , god only knows what they were doing. Left the family very tired the next day ( not good ) !"

"As soon as we turned up the gentleman receptionist wasn't very helpful at all. He was very rude. He did help with carrying my suitcase up to the top level as I use a walking stick as an aid and had a young child with me. When asked if I was able to get a lower ground floor room due to reduced mobility I was promptly told you should have booked and paid for a better room.
