"Great experience! We love it here! It isa cabin behind the motel, wooden fenced in yard, firepit, a smoker, charcoal grill, and a gas grill outside( very well cleaned). Very cozy and spacious inside, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed. The staff is very polite and friendly. The pool has nice cool water and is well kept. Not to mention many hiking trials, boat rentals, and everything Mount Petit Jean has to offer, nearby. Oh and not to mention, very budget...

"Definitely an old motel, all outside entrances. Back in the day, I'm sure it was probably very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could not get the TV to work, but we were already in bed before we discovered that. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work either. It appears to be a motel that work crews stay for extended periods of time because of the reasonable price. It was fine for one night as we passed through Clinton, but if you are looking for luxury, this motel...

"Literally mold on the walls. Microwave was broken. Tv won’t get loud enough to hear over the air conditioner. Room service only comes 1 time a week. Pretty sure bed bugs are present."

"The property was covered in mouse poop including the closet, cot, the silverware/utensil draws, pantry and around other spots of the cabin. There was also soooo many daddy long legs…like EVERYWHERE. The host did tell us there would be no internet before arriving, which wasn’t that big of a deal and she said she would knock a certain amount off of our stay for each day we don’t have internet. It is a little bit older property but, oh my goodness, It had gorgeous views, Ab amazing deck to sit and relax, cabin was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were heavenly and the host was very attentive. "It was just as described. Super clean, enough bath linens, comfy beds. We did not find any dinnerware but a quick walmart run was no big deal. I’d stay again it was so clean."

"My wife, 10 yr old daughter and myself stayed for 4 nights. It a beautiful home tucked back off the main road less than 2 minutes from the campground and visitor center. We saw turkey and dear in the front yard several times. Home is very clean and beds are super comfy. Large kitchen and a beautiful view off the back porch. Coffee shop is less than a minute down the road and a must visit. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home in Petit Jean. Our large group of 9 had a great time and the home was plenty big enough for all of us. Bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and plenty of counter space. The location was perfect for hitting the trails and visiting neighboring Mount Nebo and Magazine parks. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Arkansas."

"I haven’t seen them all, but I doubt you could find a more breathtaking view then the one from the deck and arched picture window on this property. My wife and I wanted a secluded, serene location to mentally and physically unwind and this fit the bill and more. The host has clearly provided everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing home away from home. We highly recommend."
