"Hotel Colorado is a beautiful historical hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the room very clean. Its downside is it does not have enough staff. One elevator was down. Hot water took a minute and the restaurants were closed on Monday. On Tuesday the breakfast restaurant was closed as well. While it is a stunning hotel it lacks from the service perspective"

"All was really good, our room, the bar connected to the Chop House restaurant but then dinner at the Chop was really horrible. All at our table said that this was not on par with the usual food quality but both my husband and I had meals that were not good. My was pretty much inedible. The gambling was fun, once dinner was over. Great resort except for our dining experience."

"I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation. Then around 11 PM the people upstairs you could hear every time they walked across their room and they were loud. I was unable to fall asleep until midnight and I was in bed at...

"I didn't like that I arrived before check-in time, and they said they had rooms available but that it would be an additional $35 charge to take advantage of it. For that reason I will not be staying at this facility in the future. Sorry"

"The staff were super helpful and pleasant! The kids enjoyed the pool. However when we arrived we found hair and stains all under the sheets on one bed and then we found a used bandaid in the other bed. For the price I can understand certain things but cleaning the sheets should be the bare minimum."

"The curtis was an amazing experience from start to finish! Check in was quick and we even were able to sneak in a bit early! Warm cookies were lovely and our room was awesome! The shower worked perfect with hot water and the ac kept it nice and chilly to sleep! Would definitely be back !! Plus the staff were always all smiles (: thanks for the awesome wedding weekend !!"

"We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location. The breakfast was nice to have. A couple small things to help out, hand towel rack would have been very nice and the broken electric plate cover replaced behind the night stand. We would definitely stay there again."

"The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun."

"Only stayed one night but it was great. Pool water slide was a big hit, as was the game room. Breakfast was good. In a good location and gondola to adventure park is basically on property. Only caution would be to bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc as they still only offer the small individual sample bottles."

"Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced."

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"
