"Wonderful staff in a good setting. Not really the 5 star they claim. It would average a 4. Good choice if restaurants. Recovering from recent earthquake damagec"

"Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de atención, el personal es atento y amable, la comida es buena, nos sorprendió gratamente, todo con muy buena presentación y mucha variedad. Fuimos en una fecha festiva y el hotel estaba muy lleno, había que esperar para comer, para pedir bebidas, eso fue un poco incómodo, pero fuera de eso le doy una buena calificación, en general fue una experiencia agradable y sin duda volveríamos, tal vez no en festivo."

"Room was clean, staff very accommodating, Air condition was good, pool was good."

"Pros: The staff was outstanding, helpful, and friendly. The location of the resort is close to the ocean and there are sufficient umbrellas and lounges for everyone. There are 4 freshwater pools to relax and again there are enough lounges and umbrellas for everyone. There are acrivities for children and adults alike. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony and face the ocean. Cons: This resort is a part of the Wyndham Resort family. I am not sure what that means since the quality of the rooms...

"Love it"

"A wonderful place to stay - a beautifully kept tropical setting with views of the other side of the caldera. Very peaceful. Great value for the high quality of accommodation."

"Todo estaba limpio y el personal fue muy amable, los espacios y la cafetería interior eran muy agradables"

"Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place."

"A nice and cozy place! The owner is extremely friendly and made the stay feel like home. He also offered us to use the bikes and we had some interesting conversations on football, music, and ancestry. He also has a really friendly dog named Music that wants to be petted all the time! The place has a lot soul, it’s very green, has lots of interesting books and is at a nice location to start hikes. We were staying in the time of ripening of mangoes which were falling of trees at all times (onto...

"Had a wonderful stay. The staff is exceptionally kind, and creates a wonderful environment."

"Bathroom sink leaked. Check in is totally a mystery. While in the resort you are treated by category. Renter or owner and facility use is broken out the same way. Make you less than."

"Really cool hostel with lots of eclectic details however we chose the cheapest room and it was like a closet with a broken lamp no towels, a sink that didn’t work and cold water shower. Internet was also terrible. If you are a single traveller and looking for bare bones or very basic, it would work. I think they have nicer rooms available, but we just didn’t book those. The town around it was quite cute and very active."

"Casacoral is absolutely wonderful! The lush property is so beautiful and well-maintained. The food is visually appealing and delicious. Highly recommend the lychee martini! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. An overall excellent experience!"
