Nice breakfast where staff didn’t start cleaning up 1/2 hour before it was over. Best part prolly was the actually hot, hot tub and pool hours! We look forward to returning!"

"Loose rail by stairs, doors slam so loudly there's nothing to slow them down. There's no carpet in rooms so the noise just carries. "

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished."

"I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life."

We, a group of 4 friends, appreciated their thoughtful touches and intentional care in setting up the property. The winter view is amazing, great for bird (esp. eagle) watching. Cosy and clean! I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. "This is by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Every little thing was considered. The coffee and creamer in the kitchen was such a nice touch. We didn't have to go out to just buy coffee. It is in a great location with beautiful views of downtown. Every inch of the house is cozy and inviting. The host was very helpful and had many recommendations for already attractions. We highly recommend staying here, and if we're ever in the area again, we will choose to stay here. "

"If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi.
