"Nice hotel room with ocean view. However they need to add shelves in the shower area for toiletries and a hand rail to prevent slipping and falling. They could also add a magnifying mirror and extending the closet space as they have the space to do it. The staff needs customer training. They are not friendly nor approachable. Upon checkout they did not asked about the stay not even made eye contact. Very cold people."

"AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us."
