"We recently stayed here on our visit to Barbados for a week. The hotel is still brand new so it is nice. Very conveniently located and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Would have given the hotel all 5 stars, but we ran into a few issues with our rooms. The check in process was quick, easy and the staff are some of the nicest people we have met. The first night was fine with no issues, however we ended up running into several issues with the key card reader to our room....

"The staff are amazing. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The property was very clean including the rooms, common areas and the pool area. However, the beach was rather small. The ocean front view off the balcony was as advertised. The amenities were reasonable. The breakfast selection could have been better. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would certainly return to the resort."

"Bathroom in need of attention. Wash basin only had dribble of water but was fixed when we raised the matter. Toilet flush poor. Breakfast was expensive and with limited choice. No other meals available. Front desk staff were helpful when approached but the hotel had a real ‘out of season’ feel. Location good."

"There were a few nice staff and a few very rude staff. We were promised and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the airport which never came so we then had to spend 60 USD dollars instead of 40 USD dollars which was stated on Expedia but when we got to the hotel, they actually told us it was gonna be $50 USD. So they never picked us up or dropped us off most of the food on the menu. They were out of stock. Drinks weren’t really that good. The pool closed at six. We asked them to extend it to...

"It was not my idea of an all inclusive hotel. The food was cooked to order and if you wanted seconds you had to wait for it to be cooked. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm after a 4 and a half hour flight and was told that there were no food to eat and dinner would not start until 7:00pm. We had to pay 3 US dollars a bottle for extra water for the room. The staff at dinner were amazing. The food was ok . We wind up eating off property several days"
