"Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointing for a Hilton chain resort. Property needed a lot of maintenance."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. "Very dated property. Arrived on Sunday 11/1 placed in room 223. Had no hot water called the desk daily and was told someone would fix this. Finally received warmish water on Wednesday evening. DO NOT recommend this property"

"Absolutely lovely stay. Upon arrival to your departure staff are truly kind and helpful. I asked about car rentals and the front desk shopped around for a few options to offer me to suit my needs. Shernada and Heather at the front desk were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped while the property grounds were well manicured. A lovely stay and would come back again."

"Let me start at checkin"

"Nice spot with family owned atmosphere but on the “old” side - no coffee in room and many tripping hazards so watch your step."

"The staff and hotel facilities continues to blow my mind . My second time staying here I highly recommend"

"Resort was fantastic amazing experience for me and my wife honeymoon together we enjoyed all the amenities that the resort came with"

"The highlight of the hotel is the pool overlooking the ocean. Very beautiful! Also the staff were very kind and helpful and tried their best to make sure we had a fab stay!"

"Eine saubere und gut geführte Unterkunft im Süden der Insel direkt am Meer. Einfache Ausstattung und gute Verbindung zu allen bekannten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten auch ohne Auto. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und freundliches Personal! Wir sind dort schon mehrmals in unterschiedlicher Besetzung abgestiegen."

"Not a good place to stay"
