"We booked and paid in advance for two rooms. Upon arrival, they only had one room available. Since it was a late checkin, the night staff did not have access to the computer system and could not verify our reservation. We had our confirmation information, thankfully. Since the hotel staff was told that they were full we were told we needed to share the one room. The night staff called the manager off duty and after nearly an hour a second room was found for us, hopefully not at the detriment of...

"Hi, I would rate this hotel average. The room and overall stay were okay, but the A/C was not cooling properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, there was no office or front desk at the building, making it difficult to get immediate assistance when needed. The hotel could improve its maintenance and provide better on-site customer support. Thanks."
