"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"

"Amazing views from the room and resort. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing variety for included breakfast."

"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

"Loved the hotel property, the spa was excellent, great pool and poolside drinks, took feedback well on some tiny points to resolve and enjoyed our stay"

"we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hilton Chania. The corner room we had with sauna and sea views was so incredible that we changed our flights to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very conveniently located close walking distance to the main town along the water. The sunsets from the roof top bar were insanely gorgeous and the outdoor and indoor pool were perfect for sunny and rainy conditions. We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you...

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Old Town Chania so you can get there in a short walk but have the benefit of a quieter neighborhood and still a nice view of the Mediterranean."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff was lovely, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. There are not enough superlatives for how wonderful this hotel is. The ruins inside are also so cool! Definitely a must stay!"

"Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the edge of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Had a very good superior room, with balcony, on the top floor (4th) facing the old town with the sea in the distance. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose...
