"The hotel continues to disappoint. This time there was no hot water to shower. I was really surprised to be told that there is no maintenance staff working on the weekend. Strange that on the busiest days of the week, they have no staff to address these problems. "Staff was great"

"Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. All around enjoyable stay."

"It was close to everything. I paid for parking at the hotel. But had to pay to pull the car out afterwards. But by then you’re in the car ready to go and I was unable to go back. Left a bad taste."

"Great quick stay in State college. No need to move car once parked. Walking distance to all campus and downtown. Good price for parking."

"All was very good"

"I was charged incorrectly by the staff twice"

"Great stay in the heart of town! The location couldn't be better, with everything within easy reach. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was some noise from people outside, but that's just part of being in a lively town center and I wouldn't hold it against the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"N/A."

"All of all above!"
