"Everything above the expectations"

"I had a wonderful experience staying at Locale Hotel in George Town. The breakfast was included with our stay, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious and very good quality. The staff was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies, who were absolutely amazing! They did a fantastic job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend...

"Extremely pleasant end accommodating staff"

"I’ve stayed here three times now, and every visit has been wonderful! The hotel is new, exceptionally clean, and has a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever I message them, I receive a reply almost immediately, which makes the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Marivic and Sonia at the office for all their help. They are both incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything needed. This time, I came with my...

"Clean room. Get bed. Bathroom was clean."

"It was a nice stay, quiet area, in the middle of the island, fair price, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the views were amazing"

"Tho no fault of the resort, I wish I was made aware of the Sargassum (bad egg smelling seaweed)"

"On a fabulous beach, clean bathrooms, nice menu, comfy beach chairs with shade covers, beach service for bar/restaurant."

"I loved staying here! The water, the pool, the access to the rooms, the location, I really loved it and will be staying there again!"

"I loved how close to the pool our unit was. I purposely booked a ground floor so we wouldn't have to drag luggage up steps because there is no elevator. Not a wide beach but I like that. Easy to get to the water and it was usually so calm. The condo was perfect for our needs. We mostly ate at the condo. We grilled out one night and cooked breakfast in the mornings. It was Labor Day weekend, low season, and there was hardly anyone there! We plan to return to this condo for a longer vacation...

"Loved the proximity to beach, gardens, large rooms, free parking, fresh towels and excellent housekeeping services. Suggest better mattresses for king size beds and twin beds should be more easy to separate out. Also, renovations on property, and roosters, were a bit noisy some days. Also suggest bbq be included in price, as photos showed a gas one, but they had none. Need to bring own coffee/tea, condiments and seasonings for kitchen."
