"Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. "Nice cottage with a terrible layout. Dining room upstairs and kitchen downstairs. Main bedroom upstairs, single bath downstairs. If you are here for the stables and horse experience I’m sure you’ll be delighted. If you’re here for the cottage only then you’ll be disappointed as I was with the price/value versus product."
