"What an amazing night! We came to see the fireworks from the hotel after we had dinner. I was so impressed with the hotels super kind staff. We had a drink at Poppy’s lounge and the bartender made us a delicious specialty drink and we had a light appetizer. He was kind and kept checking on us. Then we walked around and loved how the pool area had a movie night, bar and grill with plenty of seats. We also walked up to the 14th Floor and watched the fireworks. Had the yummy buffet breakfast."

"Lobby is nice, rooms are outdated. Spacious rooms and the shuttle are the biggest selling point. Would stay here again for a budget trip. Nothing too fancy except nice pic ops in the lobby."

"I didnt like the fact that Barefoot Bar restrooms weren’t very clean or attractive. Also our room cleaner didn’t come at all one day, and she never changed our sheets (once we told her they didn’t need to be changed, but that was just once and she never changed them at all.)"

"Restroom was dirty. Tub was dirty? Our “clean towels had someone else’s hair in it! Our bed was broken. I am very disappointed with my stay. "

"Overall a good experience. The room was large and well stocked. I did find some hair in the bathroom but wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant was severely understaffed, that’s the only place to get a Starbucks coffee at the moment with the cafe market being renovated and it took close to 30 mins for two coffees. One person in front of us. The shop is expensive but good if you don’t want to leave the resort. The pools were nice and staff was so friendly! Would recommend to friends and family."

"Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Location of Basecamp made it easy to walk to just about everything downtown. The staff was helpful. The bar had good food and a live band and fostered a get-to-know your neighbor vibe. Otherall a great experience!"

"Our overall stay was good. Room was nice. Loved the patio and easy access to the pool and beach. But the beds were totally uncomfortable. They are not pillow top mattresses. They were the hardest beds I have ever slept on in my life. Will defiantly be making a trip to my massage therapist this week! Also the pool was way over crowded and not clean."

"The room, when I arrived, was clean; the patio was dirty, and probably the previous guest's hair was all over the patio DISGUSTING. However, the pool area was so gross and dirty. The smell was HORRIBLE! Tried to take my 2-year-old to the children's area and could not tolerate the stench! Smelled like something rotten. Thank God I had on sandals; the whole area was dirty, with ants everywhere. The lazy river was so dirty, and roaches in the pool. I would have expected more from such a prestigious...

"i did not like the property , it’s very expensive but the bathroom missing lot of things , toothpaste , head shower cup, all those little things missing , they are charging a lot for property but little things are not there, they should improve the quality"
