"The pool was under maintenance which is the reason I rented the room for a getaway.. dirty room..crumbs and hair that were visible.."

"I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again."

"This was the most disgusting hotel. Pictures do not show how dirty the place is. We ended up leaving and the staff was unhelpful"

"Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

"Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good."

"It was an awful experience"
