"Basic lodging. Comfortable bed. I asked the front desk staff if I could check in early but she said my room wasn’t ready and I would have to pay a fee for early check in. I told her to let me know when my room was ready bc I waited in the lobby. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby and my room was ready but front desk personnel didn’t inform me as I sat and waited in front of her. I also asked if she could help me find a private shuttle to take me to a place 3 hours away. She answered, “I don’t know”....

"Hotel was very clean and with a modern design, but my biggest takeaway was how sweet, friendly and respectful the entire staff was."

"Overall the place was nice with easy access to the beach. I would suggest a better signage to find the location easier. Our room was in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. They need a male person to help us load our suitcases to our room not the same lady who check us in. Also it would be nice if the bathroom is bigger and the sink being too small and right on top of the toilet. Bump my head to the ceiling 2 times!"

"A very unpleasant experience with this hotel… don’t recommend it ."

"All I can say is d staff r all nice"

"Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad."

"I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I go back to Batanes! The staff and the owners were both friendly, hospitable and very hands on in giving the utmost service to their clients!"

"The room smells like an unclean AC. The rooms are not soundproof. The guests on the room beside us are loud."

"The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...

"Our five days four nights stay was an excellent experience in a beautiful setting."

"Everything was excellent except the low pressure water, hopefully it will get better especially if it is a family room. My family loves staying there coz' it is close to the mall"
