"Beautiful view and atmosphere. Great for couples looking for intimacy away from distractions of urban living."

"Great place and we loved it. Awesome pool area . Restaurants were great."

"El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, el piso malo, el lavamanos malo, el secador malo. La l olor del cuarto era de mucha humedad."

"Had an amazing stay and will be coming back in the spring! It was very peaceful and a great escape! Couldn’t recommend more!"

"Clean and quiet"

"The room was clean however the toilet was not fully functional and neither was the bathtub/shower. Staff brought us a used wet bucket to use in the bathroom. Was totally unacceptable. While I understand, they had no open rooms to give us, I feel like at least the cleaning staff should have known that the toilet and bathtub were not properly working. I was traveling with my elderly mother and this made the experience 10 times more stressful. We were there to celebrate my new granddaughter."

"The front desk was friendly but the hotel was rather dirty. The carpet in the hallways was filthy, the breakfast was rather tame. One of the ladies cleaning up the breakfast was rather rude to my mother when she asked if she could take a couple of breakfast items for me. The walls are very thin. There were multiple kids jumping around, running in their rooms and it made it difficult to sleep. My mom said her bed was very stiff and hurt her hips."

Even after I presented my confirmation code, they said I had no reservation. After several minutes they either found it or just gave me a room. 2. They did not inform me about any of the hotels few amenities; breakfast, wifi, etc. 3. The map to the room did not have my room number on in it, 312. When I asked about it they said the 300 series...

"Overall I didn't like, the refrigerator in room had no shelves,no room cleaning until you go ask them, horrible laundry machines"

"Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I was in town for my son’s Military Promotion Ceremony. This was rated a 4-star hotel online. I don’t see it! The exterior was run down, not well kept. Nothing about the hotel stands out in a positive manner. The room had a damp/humid feel & smell at all times. I’d walk in the room in my white socks and the bottoms would turn black! The shower was lousy = shower head was coated in mildew, the toilet handle was cracked, shampoo/conditioner near...
