"Estuvimos solo una noche yo y mi esposo y la pasamos súper bien"

"The staff at Riverside were fantastic. From valet to check in to the restaurant to the rooftop. Beautiful property, breathtaking views. We had an issue where our bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair in it the doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet had a water ring in it and the sink was dirty. We mentioned to the front desk and they advised they would have someone take care of it right away. Our bed was made when we returned, bathroom exactly as we left it. Also...

"Restaurant has limited menu and no liquor license"

"This hotel has a great location with clean, comfortable rooms. Be aware that the hotel is spread out among other buildings and an elevator is only in the main building. Good restaurants were only a short walk and the Peddlers Village was a delightful day of shopping on a warm autumn day."

"Coffee expensive at the cafe. Water pressure not great. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed ok but seems like a renovation could be due soon to that particular room."

"Clean room"

"Clean room"

"Stayed on the third floor, it is a walk up facility. Needed a guided tour to be able to find the room initially. Bathroom lacked a GFI outlet. Lack of counter space for bathroom amenities. Due to its age the facility pipes are not properly sized for additional usage at peak times and water pressure fluctuations occur frequently in the morning and that affects the water temperature, brrrr. Bed was comfortable."

"Great location and very relaxing stay!"

"It was a decent hotel for the price. Check in and check out was easy. Be prepared to pay $100 deposit that will be on hold and refunded when you check out."

"Great"

"At 12:30am I called the front desk to complaint about loud music next door, but no one answered. It kept me up until 1:30am. Tub had no stopper for taking a bath, besides, the tub was badly stained with red, at least one cockroach. Sink had very loose fitted faucet and had very low water pressure and hot water was on the right. the room seemed clean but it wasn't nicely kept, e.g. stains on the walls, furniture bruised."

"Great place with beautiful views."
