"This hotel is positioned as a luxury hotel with a spa - it is far from that. I didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities because it was booked out in advance and there’s no availability to the amenities after checkout the following day if you’re staying in Brussels longer. The restaurant in the hotel is not part of the hotel so guests don’t get preference to use it. The staff were unhelpful in trying to accommodate usage to the amenities. The hotel decor is tired and feels a little...

"It was clean and tidy, and the staff was very nice. It had a great location and comfortable beds, We did not breakfast but it looked good."

"Sheets had small stains and bathroom had a faint sewage smell. Good location though and clean lobby with decent breakfast."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"Very classy looking hotel. Decorated to a high standard. Comfortable beds. I couldn’t give a 5 star rating because of a few reasons. WiFi was poor in my room (910). In bed I couldn’t give barely even get the internet to work. The air con was also quite weak and the room often got much warmer than what we asked on the thermostat. Lastly there was little storage for clothes which made my room feel unnecessarily cluttered."

"Fantastic property, well run, delicious breakfasts included. And the location is just spot on with a 30 second walk to grand place. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel with perhaps the best breakfast ever. If you are staying at this property eat the breakfast everyday. The food is incredible. The property itself is also wonderful and is a great place to stay."

"Within 30 minutes we experienced a very poor, unsafe, dirty and uncomfortable environment in the building and in our room. In our room, we had dirty towels, black mold in the shower, and an overall unclean room. We were out of there right away and informed the front desk of the environment as well as had her cancel our stay. Still waiting to hear if the refund is accepted. This was a terrible and really defeating experience for our first time in Brussels."

"Very clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom. Quiet and within walking distance to main sights."

"Lovely place with convenient location, very functional and comfortable room and quality bed."
