"There was no hot water for the 3 days we stayed there. At best room temperature. Taking a shower with cool water in a 4 start hotel is not what I paid for. I told the receptionist but still nothing was done. Also, the interent was terrible. Very dissappointed with my stay there and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Breakfast definitely worth paying before"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"Goed personeel schone kamer makkelijk parkeren winkel in de buurt goed ontbijt"

"Very well situated. Close to the north train station and close to the city center."

"Really nice although our room smelt of smoke whilst it is a non smoking hotel. The location was very central with shops close by. Parking next door for €30 per 24 hours. Staff were lovely and helpful. Allowed us access to our rooms a little earlier and helped us with keeping luggage with them so we can venture out. Would recommend."

"I stayed here again after a wonderful experience last year and it was nice and the staff was kind as always. My only issue this time around was the noise with the construction happening on the property making it next to unbearable to take a nap after walking around the city. But getting a different room was so easy as the girl in the front made the process seamless and easy and she was understanding when I explained this to her, I really appreciated that especially with so many people coming...

"Great hotel, clean and nice rooms, great view"

"Helpful staff and room service. Great location!"

"We enjoyed our stay here at easy hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, clean, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Very close to all the restaurants, train station, and all tourist attractions lije the grand place, the bus uses and shopping malls."

"立地はいい。"

"After an awful check-in (they use a machine that requires a QR code that I was not sent by Expedia) the rest of the stay went fine. The place has clearly tried hard to make ecological choices. Room was warm, clean and a reasonable size. Area is at the edge of a dodgy bit of Brussels so take care."

"بي مانوس فندق جميل وفطورهم جيد ومريح "
