"Check-in chaotique. Chauffage insuffisant pour l'hiver. Literie rudimentaire"

"very happy"

"Just leaving from a great 3 night stay. Loved the decor downstairs, really beautifully done. The light show was a highlight. The fragrance throughout the ground floor was stunning! My family made excellent use of the pool. The children swam every day after we'd been to the parks. My daughter also enjoyed the inflatables outside. Breakfast buffet was great and fully stocked. All staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Room was very spacious for a family of 5. Would stay again."

"Rooms need a frig and there is only 1 ice machine for the whole complex. With no ice bucket for the room."

"3 nights stay as 3 adults, room was big enough for us and had lots of storage space. The shower wasn't the most powerful but it did the job. 20 minutes walk to the park or shuttle bus to take. We did not try the breakfast there but walked past the big queues to get in it each morning!"

"Pas d'air climatisé."

"Great for families"
