"The shower poured out dark brown liquid. The showerhead was broken into pieces and the bathtub had no plug. Which left me with no way to bathe. when I called the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms and no maintenance. The manager has not called me back yet."

"When we arrived and checked in our room it was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned ! Bed slept in with blood on pillows! Dirt towels everywhere , trash and cash laying on dirty bed ! We checked in at 12:15am after a 6 hour drive no other vacancies in the town or at hotel we were staying . Manger or staff on site over housekeeping walked out the door stating he couldn’t do anything about it because he was off the clock. Our only option to have a place to sleep was to clean our own dirty room !!!!...

"Do not stay here!!!! The room was absolutely disgusting. Bugs on the walls and ceilings, nasty drip stains on every wall..... the hole in the bathroom door was stuffed with a nabisco box and toilet paper. Like seriosuly?!?!? Yuck"

"I am giving one star because this is a false booking. The people who run the Danville are no longer available, there is no website and no number to call. The property is now run by someone else, who was wonderful. "

"Charming early 1900s home with clean, spacious rooms and a nice backyard near downtown Danville. Walking distance to hospital, coffee, restaurants, shops, Finn's ice cream. We didn't use the kitchen much in our visit but it had everything you might need to cook. It was perfect for our family."

"The house was conveniently located to downtown Danville, Centre College, restaurants, and stores. It was surrounded by pasture land and had amazing views with an outside pergula. The inside of the home was rustic and very clean. It had both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The host was readily available if needed.
