"We stayed for a week and was told there would be housekeeping as needed and on Saturday… yeah there was no housekeeping. I ran out of conditioner after the first night and had to ask three times before they gave me a whole bottle. When Saturdays cleaning didn’t happen I asked for it to be touched up (our garbage was bagged but just needed a place to go). Our bedding didn’t get changed. Lastly, the breakfast was eggs and sausage, which is pretty typical but the sausage was cold in the middle....

"Everything was good. Room was clean, staff great,aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/c was great."

"Average Motel 6. Good service. Clean rooms. We stayed in two rooms. The one with the two Queen beds had great beds and good pillows. The other room with one Queen bed, not so much. The first room was definitely better than the second room."

"The shower in my room did not work, when I notified staff they were rude and asked if I knew how to use a shower and did not offer any assistance, room change or even an apology.I will not stay at this property again."

"Clean new location all good"

"Rooms were very large, beds were comfy, breakfast was okay. Bathroom was not as clean as I like. Mildew spots in the shower area and along the floor and a stinky shower curtain. In all, it was adequate, but could easily be a lot better with some extra attention."

"Excellent property. Spacious suites, great shower and the best breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!"

"Our room was average. Beds were at least clean and no carpet in the room was nice to see as hotel is very old. Bathroom is way outdated. Shower needs lots of work. The tubsurround was disgusting looking and needs replacing bad. The tub wouldn't drain so you were standing in water as you showered. The front desk staff really need to present themselves better than they did. The guy at check in looked like he just crawled off the couch from sleeping. When we checked out the lobby absolutely stunk...

"We have stayed at the Sleep Inn in Idaho Falls many times and have been pleased. When arriving we discovered the name had been changed, that they had no reservation for us, and that the motel had moved. The "new" place was hard to find and in fact was not "new". It was the old Comfort Inn. Nothing had been renovated and it was a huge step down (even though it cost more) from the old Sleep Inn. Very disappointing and we will not be staying there in the future."

"Easy check in and check out. Room was clean."

"Room floor wasn’t clean nor did they housekeeping during 4 days of stay"

"It was clean, breakfast was good."

"The room was very clean and the property was well taken care of."

"This has to be the best Best Western we’ve stayed at in a long time. We usually stay at Comfort Inns due to bad experiences with Best Westerns. This hotel has changed my mind on that. First impressions were that the facility was well maintained and recently renovated. The check in staff were very friendly and efficient. The pool was closed for the season but the indoor hot tub was extremely relaxing and well maintained. The location was convenient and quiet. Made to order breakfast omelettes...
