"La décoration c’est bien mais la propreté c’est mieux. Le ménage est fait mais la maison est sale dans l’ensemble. La douche ne s’écoule pas, les murs sont sales, de la poussière et des taches partout. Sans oublier les objets de déco rouillés posés par-ci par-là. Pas du tout adapté à une famille avec jeune enfant."

"Logement adapté et bien placé. Les photos le font paraître plus grand qu’il n’est. Problème de chauffage pendant le séjour. Il a fait froid et impossible de contacter Novasol. L’entreprise n’est pas très réactive. Je ne relouerai pas avec Novasol."
