This is our second time here and the breakfast balcony view of the birds of the Middle Atlas is one of the best nature experiences you can get in Morocco. Very excellent staff in a very underrated city. Khenifra is a great spot if you don't want the craziness of Marakkech or Fes. We all slept great here and highly recommend it."

"Do not try to use Expedia or other online services to book your stay at this hotel. I used Expedia to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and paid for it at the time of booking. I arrived at the hotel and it looks like a ghost hotel. I saw couple of guys sitting at the entrance door and I spoke to them about my booking and showed my itinerary number and proof of booking but they didn’t give a single crap about it and kept saying we have no room available and we didn’t receive any money..you had been...

"Staff were friendly and made the food fresh. The breakfast was especially good! The room was large and comfortable. The pool area garden was beautiful and peaceful. It was quite nice to sit out in it and enjoy the amazing mountain view. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Leider ist in den Bädern der Räume einiges kaputt. Wie Klobrille fast ab, nach 3 Monaten wieder dort gewesen und selbe Zimmer, Klobrille ganz ab. So wie, Wasser fliest unter der Waschbecken, war letztes Mal genau so. Andere Zimmer bekommen, Wasser fliest auch dort unter dem Waschbecken. Sollte mehr nachgeschaut werden . ansonsten ist alles ok."
