"My main problem started immediately. After 5 years of staying there they sprung a $15 dollar a day parking fee on with no prior notification. I had payed for 8 nights. Hurricane run is out of town half way through. It was a voluntary evacuation so they weren't legally bound to refund the nights forfeited. Understood , but come on refund parking fee. No empathy what so ever. Money grab on the parking fee. Won't be going back. Still pissed off. Where's the Tylenol?."

"Clean room and very nice staff outdoor pool and ocean view"

"Great location right on the beach. Pool was clean and clear. Staff was always there if you needed anything at all. Our second time here."

"Breakfast was included and nice to have but more variety would have been nice."

"Some of the stuff members stole my Bank card number and use it in Florida. .so no my bank is looking into it"

"It is ok if you are not handicapped. My mother had a walker and was unable to get to the beach, no ramps only stairs. They were unable to get her a bath chair. There was no phone in the room. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for."

"Staff dont know anything about customer service"

"Do not stay here. We checked in and immediately left and got a refund. Nasty and they didn’t even have power, and still wanted us to stay. 0/10. Mold in the A/C, bathroom was falling apart, nasty beds."

"It was ok."

"I’m really happy we ended up getting a room with pool access, it just makes things a bit easier. We had an awesome time. It was right after the hurricane but everything was working great when we arrived Sunday night. It was really nice to just be able to sit and relax or walk over to pier park. I really loved being that close to the shops and food. It’s really great to be able to just walk over rather than getting in the car every single time. Everyone was so nice and it was just a lovely place...

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely. The bathrooms could use updating, but we had everything we needed. It was right after the hurricane, so pool was as messed up, but they got it going before we left. Best feature- the beach… just gorgeous."

"This was our 3rd time here. Love the option to never leaving the property because you have everything on site. Great staff! Clean rooms!"

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time we’re very satisfied. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for kids. The lazy river and pool is a huge plus, with the bar convenient to the pool and beach. It’s great to be able to lay on the beach and run a few steps to the bar for a drink or food. The movie by the pool at night is always looked forward to. And the breakfast buffet is by far the best we’ve had. Always fresh. And the staff - always helpful. We would...

"The place was nice and well equipped. But the hotel was dangerous after midnight. You could hear gunshots in the parking lot and in the interior in the hallways. This continued throughout the night and early morning and was very disturbing."
