"Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn....

"We experienced several issues, including the lack of a designated unloading area, unclean rooms, refrigerators that were unplugged and not working upon arrival, poor water pressure in the shower, no housekeeping service during our stay(only per request), and the need to exchange our own towels at the front desk for showers.Additionally, the pool area has been unclean and poorly maintained no fresh pool towels the whole time either."

"I booked this place for 1 night, because my stay at another resort was not available until the next day. The pictures looked nice on the website but they are totally the opposite, the place is old, dated, everything inside is dirty and old and smells bad, bathroom had urine odor, is not maintained as it should cause their rent is no so cheap.
