"The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The rooms are clean but very tiny. The bathrooms are excellent with lots of space and very modern. The hallways are dingy and very dark and the location isn’t the most convenient. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping is only available for a minimum stay of 6 nights (we stayed at multiple hotels in Europe and all of them offered daily housekeeping, so this was a bit unexpected)."

"Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables. "Centrally located to beautiful gothic district. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a fifth star had the staff actually been more helpful explaining - upon arrival - the European “way” of accessing electricity int the room and controlling the heat and air. We received no help when calling and slept in a hot room for a night. Be aware of minimal plugs…even for converters/adapters. No room on bathroom for toiletries. Shower was good."

"Nuestra estancia NO fue agradable, el aseo de nuestra habitación dejó que desear. Se notó que las tazas de café solo las enjuagan, no las cambian pues use una para una medicina pegajosa y en la noche tenía un poco pegado al fondo, y la cucharita pegajosa!!! Las fundas se zafan de las almohadas, mismas que no tienen una funda propia y se ven las almohadas tal cual son, muy desagradable. La regadera salpica tanto que moja el papel de baño y todo el piso. Se acabaron los kleenex y no los repusieron...

"Room was very clean and staff was very nice. However I don’t know if I could stay here in the summer as the AC was very weak and we had it on the lowest possible setting. We had to open up the balcony doors to let air in as we were packing bc we were sweating with AC set at 68 degrees."
