"Although the hotel is beautiful, the staff were not Very helpful or kind. They don’t speak unless spoken too and don’t offer any help unless you ask. I think I’ve seen the cleaning crew on my floor 2 times out of my entire stay for 5 days and that fancy restaurant that had the castle by it the service was not the best either. I don’t even want to go into detail about that. Basically all that’s good about the place is how it looks and barely even that because they don’t keep up with it much"

"Arrival date room smells very bad .Ac was not working. The out side of the balcony was full of bird poop . Very pleasant to look at out side and have all convenient but needs a face lift and more training for the cleaning staff . Please conduct quality checks before placing customers in their respective rooms"

"the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten. The rooms are classy, the spa is a 3/5 for me but the treatment was nice."

"Central location. Staff was very professional and helpful. However, ongoing construction during our visit - so too much unwanted noise. Property is also very dated and needs an urgent upgrade. There are several better options in this price range. Best to consider what works best for you. We would not stay at this property again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at The SoCo Hotel in Barbados! One of my favourite things about the hotel was the location. We faced the beautiful beach and ocean on one side, while the street and city were right behind us, so you really get the best of both worlds. The all-inclusive experience was great.
