I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. "We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. "

"Hi this is a slightly more expensive for the area but for us it was worth it. There was a hidden surprise for us as they have an infinity pool on the roof and sundeck which had views to die for. The breakfast was excellent the games room was fun and the staff took no hesitation to join in with playing games with my son. "Property as difficult to reach by vehicle, particularly at night. Situated a long way from Ella with very limited dining options. Rooms are very basic with no amenities. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Staff was wonderful. Hotel was in a residential area so very quiet. There weren't many restaurant options within walking distance but we did find one we liked. The staff was very nice, breakfast was abundant, and the view was phenom! This is close to everything. We hiked the Pekoe Trail, did Little Adams Peak, we wanted to hike Ella Ridge but it had rained all night and the trail was slippery. We'd stay here again!"
