"Never written review like this but it was a very poor stay. I would not recommend if not German, as staff will treat you as such, after only finding out you are not will they be helpful and kind. Never experienced anything like it. Does not help with the location so close to the “German” strip in Playa de Palma. You will encounter mostly drunk, rude Germans, although do not necessarily blame the hotel for this. However, anything asked of the hotel always seemed to come with some distain or seen...

"Lovely location in a quiet area and short walk to beach and town. Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel"

"Smooth check in, spectacualr location, super friendly staff. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!"

"Beautiful property in a great location and great views of the ocean! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was large and had a beautiful view, and the pools and other amenities were top class!"

"Wow what a location. Right across from Cala Esmerelda. Hotel pool and bar /restaurant overlooking the Cala. Bucket list experience! Wish we booked for more nights. Buffet breakfast was lively. Definitely recommend opting for it."

"Needed a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together.poor from a 4 star hotel and mugs not cups in the restaurant for breakfast I had to refill my cup from the hot water machine 2 or 3 times every morning also disappointing from a 4 star hotel, but the staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean,"
