Instalações do banheiro antigas. Café da amanhã normal."

"All of the above was amazing. My only complaint is in the exclusive area we paid for. We had to hear the same group of people talk politics, the whole time where we didn’t pay for that and chose to be exclusive we still had to deal with people who thought that talking politics in the pool every day was appropriate, and therefore took away from the escape and resort that we paid for. Politics should not be allowed in common areas, especially when you’re supposed to be relaxing at the pool, which...

A comida do hotel nao tinha sabor. Precisa urgentemente...

"Equipe prestativa atenciosa. Bom acolhimento"

"Excellent breakfast and rooms clean with sea view. However, the beach across from the hotel was like and anthill crammed with people who were there to swim play sports swimming etc. unfortunately the noise was unbearable. It was 24/7 across hotel in front of all other rooms facing sea. I one and Gabriel the best employees in hotel BAD: Fabio never apologized for his rudeness towards me and towards my niece who was trying to help me 😣☹️ No one spoke English except for Ivone and for Gabriel and...

"Café da manhã diversificado"

"The location is excellent ! The staff super helpful and friendly, the hotel arquitecture is very beautiful and the rooftop has one of the most amazing view of the Bay of Todos Santos!"

"The resort was great. Hospitality lovely. The rooms and the bathrooms were very simple and the bathroom specifically could use an upgrade but it was ok."
