"Hookers at the pool and pool restaurants hitting on married men all day, reported to staff at done desk and they seemed to know who they are and not care at all. Reef guests have no access to the reef adult pool, only cove guests have access, they claim it’s on the website and it’s NOT!! Total trip was over 5k and not worth one penny! The only thing worth a damn was Nobu! Never again will I stay at that place or any branch of the Atlantis!! Staff was rude and didn’t care if you needed any help."

My biggest issue was the breakfast buffet at The Tides . #1 the buffet assortment is very basic #2 we waited 45min for an omelette due to the staff not being prepared , even though the restaurant was open the staff member at the omelette station was not prepared nor in a hurry to start services .
