"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. "The worst-maintained Riu that I have ever been to. The management in this hotel is ridiculous, and nobody cares about what is happening there. The beach staff smoked weed non-stop. "We were so sad leaving St. Francis! The staff made our trip so memorable! Mary helped us with daily plans and transport. She was able to book everything for us. Cha Cha was our personal water taxi driver who always had a smile on his face! The cooks and the servers( Dely, Alex,Quami, PJ) were amazing and made our stay enjoyable.
