"Ok... I'm gonna just say .. you get what you pay for. Our shower head was angled towards the wall and made it difficult to get under, the tub didn't drain. One light didn't work. I would absolutely not walk barefoot on the floor. BUT! The room was clean otherwise, there was a well working fridge, the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. No bugs. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head for the night, it's a good enough spot for that."

"Seemed clean but the rooms were filthy. Months of neglect in cleaning. Coeaning only what you see in a quick inspection. Was very dirty everywhere. Very disappointed. Needs a deep clean. Suggestion hire a firm to clean then new staff on rooms. Not the mgmts fault on this. Very kind. Just believe staff is lying to the managers that work is being done every day."

"What an amazing place. Close to town if needed anything. Beautiful deck to set on and enjoy the gorgeous views. Close to the lake. Property was clean. Nice size house everybody was able to move around and not be on top of each other. Very friendly hostess."

"The house was perfect for our family of four for a long holiday weekend! All of the rooms were extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great to be able to walk downtown and the riverwalk! Susan was very easy to communicate with. This is a great rental in Atchison! Would highly recommend and will be renting again!"

"Great place to stay for a weekend with our BC student. Downstairs area is very spacious, house had everything we could need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, thoughtful details. Communication with owner was great (we locked ourselves out by accident & they were very gracious!). Location is good & street is very quiet. Will definitely return!"
